About the owner and CEO of the company

Dr. Karlo Rolih is the owner and CEO of Fiduciaria. He started his career in a trade company, where he was quickly promoted from a commercialist to the CEO Deputy. Before he established Fiduciaria, he had been employed in one of the biggest and renowned Slovenian companies as Board Consultant in the field of Finance and Commerce and as Head of Strategic Finance and Controlling.

In Fiduciaria he is responsible for the corporate value assessment and financial and business consultancy. Karlo Rolih graduated in Finance from the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana. He finished his master’s study of world economy and international economic relationships and got his doctor’s degree in economic science. From 2006 to 2008 he worked as an entrepreneurial consultant-specialist with the Public Agency of the Republic of Slovenia for Entrepreneurship and Foreign Investments. He is an authorized company value assessor with a licence of the Slovenian Institute of Auditors. Besides being CEO of Fiduciaria, he is also Managing Director of Inter-Tax Ltd., based in Ljubljana.
